The infected blood scandal devastated thousands of lives across the UK.
People were infected with HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C through contaminated blood and blood products. Families watched loved ones become seriously ill, children became carers, partners became widows and widowers, and generations were left carrying grief, trauma and unanswered questions.
Many died before seeing justice.
The Unheard Voice exists to document what happened, examine what is happening now, and make sure the people behind the statistics are not forgotten.
